Outstanding features of this building include expansive, standing seam roofs, an attractive wainscot running the full perimeter of the building, and offices with masonry walls. Inside, the warehouses are completely temperature controlled, as are the production and manufacturing areas.

Begun in 1991, TMI's 8th phase was completed in 2003, bringing the total space under roof to over 127,000 sq.ft. Among the facility's other features is a 20-ton crane boasting a lift height of 22 feet. Modern Steel can be counted on to handle the most demanding jobs, including heavy industrial and high-tech projects others won't touch.
